    Grain Is Issued as Loans for Labor and Seed

    On November 19, 257 BC, Panacestor ordered Clitarchus and Andron to issue barley and wheat to several people as loans. The grain was intended for labor costs and seed. The order survives in duplicate inner and outer texts.
