One Hundred Fifty Agricultural Workers Protest Their Eviction
On February 12, 252 BCE, a body of 150 agricultural workers of Ammonias wrote to the village scribe Colluthes. They complained that three judges had wronged them and evicted them from their lands and they sought compensation.
